NSBA Bridge Marketing and Industry Engagement Specialist

Job Description: NSBA Bridge Marketing & Industry Engagement Specialist
Reports to: Director of Communications
Location: Chicago preferred

Summary

For over 100 years, the American Institute of Steel Construction/National Steel Bridge Alliance has been the leading advocate and trusted resource for the American steel bridge industry.

Steel bridges have great stories to tell--stories of bringing people together with sustainable, resilient, reliable bridges that can go up at lightning speed and last for centuries. NSBA is looking for a great storyteller to help us educate both decision-makers and the general public about the real-world impact and potential of American steel bridges.

This person will support the efforts of NSBA Bridge Steel Specialists, who build and strengthen relationships with decision-makers from a primary target audience (bridge owners and bridge designers) as a means to increase the use of structural steel. NSBA offers a variety of free tools and resources--and our members build fantastic bridges every year; in short, there’s plenty to talk about!

The NSBA Bridge Marketing & Industry Engagement Specialist will manage NSBA communication activities, including engaging our members to increase their marketing, and create a positive experience that highlights every aspect of the steel bridge design and construction.

AISC offers competitive benefits including a hybrid work environment and a flex day program.
