LoveBird
It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s structural steel!
Gracing Dallas Love Field Airport’s main entrance is a 90-ft-wide by 20-ft-high sculpture called LoveBird. Sculptor Ed Carpenter designed the bright red artwork to evoke the presence of Texas' state bird, the mockingbird.
